School Supply Drive for Thomas House

Recently, we held a school supply and book drive for The Thomas House Family Shelter. When we went to the shelter to drop everything off, we also let the kids do some arts and crafts where they got to decorate canvas bags. The kids really enjoyed it and it was a lot of fun.

This isn’t the first time we have supported this amazing organization. Our very first event in July of 2016, was a very similar school supply and backpack drive for Thomas House Family Shelter. At this event we collected almost 50 backpacks and 100s of school supplies.

Thomas House’s mission is “to provide a safe, supportive environment and the resources necessary for homeless and at-risk families with children to remain together while empowering them to become independent and self-sufficient.”
