I have spent the last couple of months building two Little Free Libraries and have collected nearly 400 books. Little Free Library is a non-profit organization that helps give books to people who are not able to afford to buy them. Little Free Libraries are hand-built wooden libraries that are installed in places where kids and adults typically cannot afford books. I placed the two libraries that I built at Grandma's House of Hope. Grandma's House of Hope is a group of low-income housing units and an education center for underprivileged kids. I have collected hundreds of books including children's books, adults books, and self-help books. I am still collecting more and more books to make sure that I can keep the libraries stocked at all times indefinitely. I love reading and I want to help others who may be less fortunate than me. If you have any books to donate, please contact me at thejeromeking@gmail.com.
