LA Kids Giving Back Visits Skid Row

We’ve been hearing about the growing homeless problem in Los Angeles. We were curious and wanted to see it for ourselves, so we went downtown to Skid Row on July 31st. We saw hundreds of tents lined up along the street, we saw some people laying on the street with no tents, we saw people carrying plastic bags with their belongings in them, we saw a person without an arm, we saw a person missing a leg who was in a wheelchair, and we saw tons of trash in the streets.

LA Kids Giving Back is doing a drive to collect necessities for homeless people. Please help us raise awareness by sharing this video so others can learn about how big of a problem homelessness is.
