117 Hygiene Kits for Kids

SD Kids Giving Back packed 117 hygiene kits for homeless kids. Our total monetary impact was $1,579.50!

Each kit had 12 items (nail clippers, shampoo, brush/comb, socks, etc) that were donated by SD Kids Giving Back kids and families(we set up an Amazon Wish List to help collect these donated items.) The school nurse was so excited to receive the kits to give to homeless kids. She drove them to kids that had been missing school the morning she received them.

It felt good to help kids and the SD Kids Giving Back team had a lot of fun packing the kits in the park with our long assembly line.
