Stop Hunger Now

Today we packed food bags with the program Stop Hunger Now. First we put dried soy in a funnel, then a vitamin pack, then we added dried veggies, and 1 scoop of rice. All of the food went into a bag. Next we weighed the bag and made sure it was between 389-394 grams. Then with the sealing machine we closed the bag, put a sticker on it and put it in a packaging box.

The food bags look small but feed 6 people each. They will be sent by Stop Hunger Now to people in other countries who need food.

I found on their website that the organizational mission is stated as "To end hunger in our lifetime by providing food and life-saving aid to the world's most vulnerable and by creating a global commitment to mobilize the necessary resources."
